The Public Information Document (PID) provides a summary of NIAAA’s proposed fiscal year (Area Plan). The Area Plan is a tool used for distributing federal and state funds in NIAAA’s nine county service area of Boone, Carroll, DeKalb, Jo Daviess, Lee, Ogle, Stephenson, Whiteside and Winnebago Counties.
If there are major changes in the expected appropriations, additional public hearings will be scheduled to receive comments on the proposed changes.
