Information and Assistance (I&A)

Professionally trained Information and Assistance (I&A) staff provide older adults and their caregivers with current information on available services and benefits. Local I&A sites help seniors apply for a full range of programs/services and supply reminders on when to reapply. Click here for your provider sites.

Individual consultations are available to seniors, caregivers and other individuals to answer questions and discuss concerns. Service is provided over the phone, in the office or in the home, if needed.

I&A includes helping seniors (and caregivers) apply for tax assessment freezes, pharmaceutical help, financial assistance, Medicaid, and Medicare.

There is no charge for the service, but donations are accepted.
