Healthy Eating Every Day (HEED) Program

University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign's Aging, Caregiving, and Technology lab is conducting a study on healthy eating. They are conducting a study to test how well a structured 14-week Healthy Eating Every Day (HEED) Program works for older adults (age 50+).

The Healthy Eating Every Day Program is an evidence-based program that teaches adults how to improve their eating habits in ways that fit their lifestyle. While the HEED program has been tested in a general adult population, the purpose of this study is to specifically evaluate its effectiveness among adults aged 50 and older.
