The University of Illinois Chicago Institute on Disability and Human Development is working with Illinois’ Department of Healthcare and Family Services, the state Medicaid agency, on an environmental scan of home and community-based services in Illinois. This environmental scan will help inform Illinois of strengths and gaps that exist in long-term services and supports for individuals wanting to live in community-settings, as well as aiding in the second implementation of Money Follows the Person (MFP) in Illinois.
